Thomas Leon Walker, 86, of Robbins, passed away February 26, 1020, at UT Medical Center in Knoxville.
Born in the Brimstone community, December 2, 1923, he was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Zida Kline Walker; his wife, Dillis Asher Walker; two brothers, Kline and Stanley Walker; one sister, Helen Mosier; and nephew, Charlie K. Walker.
He was a member of Slick Rock Baptist Church.
He is survived by his children: George Walker and wife, Betty, and Leshia Martin and husband, Craig, all of Robbins; two grandchildren, two brothers: Lawrence Walker and wife, Beverly, and James Walker and wife, Joan, all of Robbins; six nephews, four nieces, and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted February 28, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville with Bro. Donnie Umphrey and Bro. Delbert Umphrey officiating. Music was provided by Leshia Martin, the Umphrey Family, and the Hamby Bros. Graveside service was conducted March 1, at Leon Walker Family Cemetery in the Brimstone community.
Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville had charge of arrangements.
