Strunk takes Little Miss crown

Brylee Sage Strunk was crowned the Little Miss Fairest of the Fair at the Scott County Fair Monday evening.

The four-year-old daughter of Heath and Lesley Strunk of Oneida, Brylee is a student at Ms. Patsy’s Preschool.

She was sponsored by Hair Connection.

Brylee was among 22 contestants in Monday’s pageant.

First runner-up was Savana Ashlyn Shepard.

The five-year-old daughter of Travis and Morgan Shepard of Oneida, Savana is a kindergarten student at Burchfield Elementary. She was sponsored by Honey Creek Horse Camp.

The second runner-up was Julian Shae Goodman.

The five-year-old daughter of Jessica Goodman and Bradley Goodman of Oneida, Julian is a kindergarten student at Oneida Elementary. She was sponsored by Cumberland Animal Clinic.

The top 10 also included:

• Gracie Nicole King, the five-year-old daughter of Sam and Kate King of Oneida, and a kindergarten student at Burchfield Elementary;

• Reisha Leann Boatwright, the five-year-old daughter of Donald and Amy Boatwright of Helenwood and a kindergarten student at Huntsville Elementary;

• Karmyn Cayenne Krahn, the five-year-old daughter of Kyle and Crystal Krahn of Oneida and a kindergarten student at Oneida Elementary;

• Chesnie Rane Boyatt, the five-year-old daughter of Steve and Christel Boyatt of Oneida and a kindergarten student at Oneida Elementary;

• Kristin Talita Miller, four-year-old daughter of Tina Miller and the late Teddy Miller and a head start student at Clinch-Powell;

• Jenna Haylea Byrge, the four-year-old daughter of Jenny West and Patrick Byrge of Helenwood and a head start student at Clinch-Powell; and,

• Carlie Hope Chambers, the five-year-old daughter of Chris and Jessica Chambers of Winfield and a kindergarten student at Burchfield Elementary.
