Scott County’s first baby of a new decade made her appearance at shortly before 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening at St. Mary’s of Scott County.
Lacy Marie Harness, the daughter of Rodney and Mary Harness, was born at 6:26 p.m. Saturday. She weighed in at seven pounds, eight ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.
A number of local businesses provided a variety of gifts—from a photo session to baby items to dinner for two—for Lacy and her parents.
