Two Oneida men were critically injured in this single-vehicle accident on Verdun Road just outside the city limits early Monday morning. The accident, which occurred around midnight near Lay Stables, resulted in both occupants of the vehicle being ejected from the car. Both men were transported by Scott County EMS to UT Medical Center in Knoxville. The Tennessee Highway Patrol was investigating.
