Paul Richard Dean, 60, of Oneida, passed away December 30, 2009, at his home.
Born September 6, 1949, he was preceded in death by his parents, Paul M. and Dorthy Duff Dean; twin brother, Donald Ray Dean; and two sisters: Eva Pauline Hatcher and Joyce Dean Smith.
He was employed at Lourdes Hospital for 28 years; and was a member of First Baptist Church of Oneida, where he sang in the choir.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki W. Dean; five children: Erin Dale Keller and husband, Matthew, and Emily Rae Jordan and husband, Scott, all of Paducah, Ky., Heather Heflin of Knoxville, Anthony Heflin and wife, Darla, of Harlan, Ky., and Kathey Heflin of Oneida; three grandchildren, one brother, David Dean and wife, Kathy; and many other relatives.
A fellowship bereavement luncheon will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at First Baptist Church of Oneida.
Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida had charge of arrangements.
