Paul Edward Banks, 44, of the Anderson Hollow community, passed away November 9, 2009, at the U. T. Medical Center in Knoxville.
Born in Hazard Kentucky, April 5, 1965, he was preceded in death by his father, Paul Banks; grandparents: Virdie Banks, Fred Banks, and Beatrice Epperson; mother-in-law, Shirley Anderson; and brothers- and sister-in-law: Johnny Anderson, Brian Ward, and Sherry Lynn Anderson.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Banks of the Anderson Hollow community; two children: Paula Kay Banks and John Paul Banks, both of the Anderson Hollow community; mother: Jenell Banks of Hazard, Ky.; four brothers: Kenny Banks and wife, Mickey, of Norma, Rick Banks of Huntsville, Cecil Banks and wife, Vickie, and Mark Banks, all of Hazard, Ky.; father-in-law, John Anderson; brothers-in-law, Charles Anderson and wife, Lora, and Wayne Anderson and wife, Shirley; sister-in-law, Sheryl Ward; special friends, Herbert and Helen Turner of Florida; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted November 12, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville with Bro. Cecil Williams and Bro. Jeff Watson officiating. Music was provided by family and friends. Interment followed at the Mill Branch Cemetery.
Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville had charge of arrangements.
