Larry Dobbs, 51, of Newnan, Georgia, formerly of Oneida, passed away January 15, 2010, in Tucker, Georgia.
Born in Oneida, June 14, 1958, he was preceded in death by his father, Donald Joyce Dobbs; and his grandparents, Lonnie and Emmer Kurley Jeffers, and Dan and Nannie Mae West Dobbs.
He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Anna Lee Dobbs of Oneida; five children: Larry Joseph Dobbs of Fort Knox, Ky., and Dakota Dobbs, Leanna Dobbs, Mathew Dobbs, and Angelina Dobbs, all of Newnan, Ga.; the mother of his children, Teresa Mucelli of Newnan, Ga.; four sisters: Patsy Hayes and husband, Darrel, Sarah Cross and husband, Danny, Peggy Duncan and husband, Chuck, all of Oneida, and Lucille Adkins and husband, Billy, of Annadell; two brothers: Donald Gary Dobbs of Fayetteville, Ga., and Allan Dobbs of Jonesboro, Ga.; special friend and co-worker, Ronnie Donnell; several nieces and nephews, and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted January 20, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Rev. Philip Kazee officiating. Graveside service was conducted January 21, at Jeffers Family Cemetery.
West-Murley Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
