David Anthony Harness, 29, of Oneida, passed away November 23, 2009, at St. Mary’s Medical Center of Scott County in Oneida.
Born in Campbell County, March 10, 1980, he was baptized and saved by the grace of God.
He is survived by his parents, Everett and Minnie Richardson Harness of the Ditney Trail community; two children, Billie and Angel Harness of Oneida; grandparents: Bonnie Miller and Albert Steakley, both of LaFollette; uncles: Joe Steakley of LaFollette, and Carl and Doris Harness of Huntsville; step-mother, Mary Rose Harness of Huntsville; special friends: Tessa West of Oneida; Edna Ellis of Huntsville, Jared Henry of Robbins, and Roger Sexton of Winfield; several aunts and uncles, and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted November 25, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Rev. Carlie Duncan and Rev. Dudley Harness officiating. Music was provided by Blessed and Jimmy Ray Lloyd. Interment followed at Phillips Cemetery.
West-Murley Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
