Dewayne and Elaine Lowe of Oneida, announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brandi Nicole Jones, to Samuel Anthony Phillips, son of Tony and Debbie Phillips of Huntsville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Wanda Jones of Robbins, the late Roger Jones, and Corene and Hobert Lowe of the Brimstone community.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Loretta Phillips McGuire of Huntsville, the late Austin Phillips, and the late Jan Burress of Helenwood.
The couple will exchange wedding vows on Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at Norris Dam State Park, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
A reception will follow in the Norris Dam Tea Room.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
