Audrey Renee Duncan Lewis, 31, of Helenwood, passed away December 9, 2009, at St. Mary’s Medical Center of Scott County in Oneida.
Born in Harlan County, Kentucky, August 4, 1978, she was preceded in death by her father, Varow Red Duncan.
She is survived her mother, Ruby Lewis Neal; four children: Dustin Dewayne, James Edward, Sabrina Renee, and Dallas Ray Lewis; brothers: Teddy Jr. Lewis of Helenwood, and Timothy Varow Bo Lewis and wife, Sylvia, of the Capital Hill community; sisters: Mary Lou Lowe of Helenwood, Tammy Lynn Cloer and husband, David, of Chatsworth, Ga., and Dawn Smith and husband, James, of Oneida; nieces and nephews: Stephanie and Stephen Posey, Brian, Tabitha and Patricia Phillips, Timothy, Amber and Tiffany Neal, and Caitlyn and Niki Smith; special friends, Tony Neal and Thelma Neal; and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted December 12, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Pastor Red Pippin officiating. Interment followed at Newport Cemetery in Robbins.
West-Murley Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
